What to expect
New Patient Guide
Step 1: New Member Application
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our new member forms. This paperwork provides us with your health history, information on your condition, and how we can best serve you.
Step 2: Office Tour
When you come into the office for the first time, we will take you on a brief tour of the office so that you feel comfortable and know what to expect. We will explain to you the benefits of chiropractic care and show you around so that you know where everything is. This is a great opportunity for you to get any questions and concerns about chiropractic that you may have answered.
Step 3: One-on-One Consultation
Next, you will have a consultation to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for us to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
Step 4: Assessment
This is when we will do a full muscle and nervous system assessment. This will allow us to not only find where the pressure in your nervous system is, but also determine the severity of it. This is where we will get to the root cause of your health condition.
Step 5: X-Rays
If determined necessary due to age, type of injury or other health concern, we will take digital chiropractic X-rays, to ensure the safest and most effective care possible. This allows us to know exactly what is going on so there will be no guessing when it comes to your health.
Step 6: Report of Findings
At your next visit, also your most important visit that will be scheduled within a few days of your first visit. At your Report of Findings we will discuss with you our exam findings, your plan of care, and go over any special instructions you will need to obtain the best and fastest results possible. Once all questions have been answered and you are ready to begin care, you will receive your first adjustment!
Step 7: Plan (Road to Healing)
Remember, health is a journey, and healing takes time! We are fully committed to delivering excellent care to you and your family, so that you can be on the road to optimal health as quickly as possible.
